This is an approximately 12 1/2" X 12 1/2" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardboard that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is single-sided and is advertising the release of the 1984 Boss LP entitled Step On It. The flat is in GOOD condition with wear to its edges and corners, and some creasing. The frame and framing will cost an additional $15.99, which includes the cost of shipping insurance, since the frame has a glass pane.
