This is a 4 1/4" action figure of Fulum from the 2009 film Dragonball Evolution. The figure comes complete with Dragonball, 1 Section of Altar, and 1 Piece of Oozaru (each figure in the series contains a different piece so that an Oozaru figure can be assembled). The figure was produced by BanDai in 2009 and remains new and sealed in its original NEAR MINT packaging. The packaging's card has a small, light crease near the BanDai logo on front. This is figure 7 of 7 from the series.
