This is a 4 1/2" action figure of Ray Fillet: The Fist-Fighting Fish from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) line of action figures. The figure comes complete with Scarfish, Ray Gill Gun, Fish Stix, and an awesome color-changing process. The figure was produced by Playmates in 1990 and remains new and sealed in its original VERY GOOD-conditioned packaging. The packaging's card has light creasing.
