All orders will usually ship within 2-5 business days from the day the order was placed.
We encourage you to contact us at any time regarding your order if you have not
received a delivery notification email within 5 business days. (HOLIDAY SEASON
          SHIPPING)
We try to ship within 1-3 business days following your order during the
holiday season, meaning that you should make sure to place your order 4-5 days
business days prior to December 25th, so that you will receive your order by the 25th.

Which shipping method do you generally use and what are the shipping costs?

We ship through USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. The choice is yours at checkout.
Shipping costs for a single poster ordered are as low as $3.71 through USPS First Class shipping, though other slighlty more expensive services are always available. (Please note that 11" X 17" posters are printed on a thicker stock, and thus are shipped flat via either USPS Priority Shipping or FedEx or UPS shipping methods. Due to this, the cost of shipping 11" X 17" posters is more expensive, and will vary depending upon the poster’s destination.)

The shipping costs for action figures and puzzles vary due to differing package weights and varying destinations. Our shipping calculator will determine the cost of shipping via each method for you depending on your package’s weight and your region.

Are your theatrical movie posters always double-sided?

No. Some films only release one-sided theatrical posters for promotion. These single-sided theatrical posters should always be listed in the item’s description as being single-sided or one-sided. If a theatrical item does not specify that it is single-sided, then it is most likely a double-sided poster.

Do you ship your posters rolled in tubes?

Yes. We will always ship our posters rolled and in a durable shipping tube with the following exception: Universal Studios posters that are 11" X 17" will be shipped flat due to their being of a thicker stock and being more difficult to roll safely.

·What do NM, VG, Good, Fair and Poor mean?

NM, VG, Good, Fair, and Poor are the conditions of products. (Please note that in the case of action figures, the Condition Ratings refer to the packaging of the action figure, not the action figure itself, which should be in untouched excellent condition, unless otherwise noted.)

NM=Near Mint
(This is the top condition we will list a product as being in. We will list any product that appears to be in perfect or close to perfect condition as being Near Mint. It usually means that if the product does have a flaw, it is one that is hardly noticeable, or that does not affect the display of the item in any major way.)

VG=Very Good
(This is the next best level of condition. A product listed in Very Good condition should include a description of any flaws it possesses in the product description.)

Good
(This is the third best level of condition for a product. A product that is in Good condition will be very presentable. Any damage to a product listed in Good condition will be described in the product description.)

Fair
(This is the second worst level of condition for a product. A product in Fair condition should have its flaws described in the product description.)

Poor
(This is the worst level of condition for a product. A product in this condition is one that has severe damage that will be described in the product description.)

How do manufacturers generally package their action figures?

Manufacturers have packaged their action figures in different ways throughout
the years. Below is a list of different ways in which action figures are often
packaged.

Window Box packaging  Window box packages consist of a sturdy, but somewhat
thin cardboard box that allows for easy stacking. The box has colorful artwork
to draw one’s attention. The front of the box will have an area of the cardboard
that is cut out and a thin piece of soft plastic then fills the cutout area. This ensures
easy visibility of the action figure inside of the box.

Carded Bubble packaging Action figures are commonly packaged in a Carded
Bubble type of packaging. This type of packaging consists of a sturdy piece of thin
cardboard backing known as a "Card." The card is decorated with colorful artwork
to draw consumer attention. The action figure is then placed on the card and a
bubble made of clear plastic is then laid over the top of the action figure and glued
to the card or attached in some other fashion. The figure is then clearl visible to
consumers. Often the bubble will have several small, fitted compartments
to hold the figure and its various accessories in place.

PVC packaging A more recent type of packaging that is common as of the 2000s is
PVC packaging. With this type of packaging, the cardboard card is replaced by a
clear PVC plastic backing. The front of the package is a different piece of PVC
plastic that is molded to include a bubble that will house the action figure and all of
its accessories. Any colorful artwork designed to help draw attention to the package
will be printed on a thin piece of paper that is placed between these two pieces of
PVC, or will be affixed in sticker form to the front piece of PVC.

Tube packaging Another recent type of PVC packaging that is being used is a tube-
shaped piece of PVC plastic that will surround the action figure. The tube may be
cylindrical in shape, or more oval in shape. Artwork on the package are often in
sticker form that is affixed to the outside of the PVC tube.

Do you ship to Europe and South America?

Currently, we do ship to Europe and South America. However, due to recent
problems with shipments to Italy, we regrettably will no longer be shipping to Italy.
Also, we are no longer shipping to Argentina.
