This is an approximately 12 1/2" X 12 1/2" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardboard that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 1987 Herb Alpert LP entitled Keep Your Eye On Me. The flat is in VERY GOOD condition with creasing near the corners.
