If you receive a damaged item from us, please contact us immediately before doing anything else. You can email us at email@example.com. We will be glad to assist you in receiving a full refund for the cost of your purchase, including the original shipping charge.
PLEASE NOTE: If the item was shipped via UPS or FedEx, please keep the damaged item(s) and the original packaging material in which your packages arrived until an insurance claim can be filed with the either UPS or FedEx.
If you receive an item and decide you wish to return it to us, please make sure to return it to us within two weeks of its arrival. We will then issue you a refund for the cost of the product you have returned, provided we receive it in the condition in which it was shipped.
