Naked Gun movie poster (1956) [Willard Parker] original one-sheet
This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1956 western entitled Naked Gun. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's U.S. release in 1956. The poster is number 56-557, meaning it was the 557th film to be released in the United States in 1956. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in FAIR to POOR condition with a large chunk of the bottom left corner missing, minor to heavy tearing at many of its folds, yellowing, extra folds added by a previous owner, and a torn chunk on the right side that is still attached. The poster is in need of love, care and possible restoration. (The poster also features Mara Corday & Barton MacLane.) The poster will be shipped folded and flat to best protect it.
