This is a vintage, approximately 12" X 12" (12" X 17 1/2" when open displaying its front side, and 17 1/2" X 12" when open displaying its backside) promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This vintage flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 2011 Adele album entitled 21. This flat has an additional smaller panel connected to its bottom edge that can open up to increase the poster's suze. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with staple holes in its corners and a minor bit of separation at its perforation line between its two panels.
