This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1980 Ken Russell film entitled Altered States. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1980 U.S. release and is numbered 800172. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with mild wear to its original folds and several small, light bends, creases and areas of wear in its surface. The poster features the film's star William Hurt.
