This is a vintage, approximately 12 1/4" X 12 1/4" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that have traditionally been sent to record stores to serve as posters that promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is single-sided and is advertising the release of the 1981 Barbra Streisand compilation LP entitled Memories. The flat remains in GOOD condition with several small creases in one bottom corner area, a tiny bit of paper loss on one side edge, writing in marker on the flat's blank back side, and corner wear.
