This is a vintage, approximately 12 3/8" X 12 3/8" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that have traditionally been sent to record stores to serve as posters that promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 1985 Billy Joel LP entitled Greatest Hits: Volume I & Volume II. The reverse side of the flat shows the cover art for the new single from the album, "You're Only Human (Second Wind). The flat remains in GOOD to VERY GOOD condition with mild corner wear and a small, light bend/crease in its surface, and a couple small areas of surface wear on the front and a small area of color loss near the top center on the backside
