This flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of both of the 1992 Bruce Springsteen LPs; Lucky Town and Human Touch. The flat remains in FAIR condition with some paper loss in areas where the flat had been hung, significant creasing, scotch tape in some edge areas, and a tip of a bottom corner that is missing.
