Don't Raise the Bridge, Lower the River poster [Jerry Lewis] 27x41
This is an original, 27'' X 41'' folded one-sheet movie poster for the classic 1968 Jerry Paris film entitled Don't Raise the Bridge, Lower the River. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1968 U.S. release and is numbered 68/126. The poster was originally folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in GOOD condition with tack holes and a small chip out of its surface near its vertical centerfold in the poster's top area. The poster also has some edge wear, including small tears that have been mended on the poster's backside with acid-free archival tape to prevent further tearing. Acid-free archival tape was also used to reinforce the centerfolds, which were showing wear. The poster features Jerry Lewis, Terry-Thomas, and Jacqueline Pearce.
