Down and Out in Beverly Hills poster [Nolte, Midler, Dreyfuss] 27x41

This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1986 Paul Mazursky film entitled Down and Out in Beverly Hills. This poster was issued to U.S. movie theatres upon the film's 1986 release and is numbered NSS# 860010. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in GOOD condition with some wear to its folds, tack holes in its corners, and extra horizontal fold line about an inch above the bottom edge of the poster, and other more minor bending/creasing in its surface. The poster features the film's stars; Nick Nolte, Bette Midler, and Richard Dreyfuss.
