This is a vintage, approximately 12 3/8" X 12 3/8" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 1988 Eric Clapton LP entitled Crossroads. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with mild corner wear and a light line across the front side that appears to be a printing error, but that is not very noticeable.
