This is a vintage, approximately 12 3/8" X 12 3/8" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This vintage flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 1991 Foreigner LP titled Unusual Heat. The flat remains in FAIR to GOOD condition with creasing in its corner areas, edge and corner wear, and the backside of the flat has tape remnants and paper loss. The front side is definitely its best side.
