This is a vintage, approximately 12" X 12" (24" X 12" when open) promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. This flat is double-sided and is a gatefold flat that opens up on a perforated side edge to reveal another full panel, bringing the flat's measurements to 24" X 12".
