This flat is double-sided and is advertising the 1995 Kenny Wayne Shepherd LP entitled Ledbetter Heights. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with several small, light bends/creases near its edges and corners. This flat is unique in that the cover art appears on the dull side rather than the glossy flip side.
