This is a vintage, approximately 12 3/8" X 12 3/8" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This vintage flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 1994 Meat Puppets LP entitled Too High To Die. The flat remains in FAIR to GOOD condition with light bending and creasing in its surface, and wear on its backside including paper loss from some sort of adhesive being used to hang the flat at some point in its past.
