This is a vintage, approximately 12" X 12" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This vintage flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 2000 Megadeth LP entitled Capitol Punishment: The Megadeth Years. The flat remains in GOOD condition with staple holes from having been hung and displayed at some point. The flat appears to have been part of a multi-panel fold-out flat because its bottom edge is perforated.
