This is a vintage, approximately 12 1/2" X 12 1/2" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that have traditionally been sent to record stores to serve as posters that promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided. One side is advertising the release of the 1988 Michael Martin Murphy LP entitled River of Time, while the other side is advertising the 1988 Dwight Yoakam album entitled Buenas Noches from a Lonely Room. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with a small crease in its surface, and other very minor wear including a perforated edge on each side where other album flats were once attached.
