Monty Python's The Meaning of Life movie poster (27x41) original 1983

This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1983 Monty Python film entitled The Meaning of Life. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1983 U.S. release and is numbered 830070. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with light wear to its folds, including tiny points of separation in the fold cross sections that have been mended on the poster's backside with acid-free archival tape. The poster also has some light staining on its backside that did not bleed through the front side, and other minor bends/creases in its surface. The poster features the Monty Python comedy troupe; Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones, Graham Chapman, John Cleese, and Michael Palin.
