This is a vintage, approximately 11" X 17" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. This vintage flat is single-sided and is advertising the release of the 1984 Peter Wolf LP entitled Lights Out. The flat remains in FAIR to condition with a horizontal fold crease about 5.5 inches above the bottom edge, small bends/creases in its surface, tack hole damage in its corners, and someone wrote in ink on the number "1" and the letter "h" in the "JULY 13th" section.
