This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the Oscar-winning 1986 Oliver Stone film titled Platoon. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1986 U.S. release and is numbered NSS 860115. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in FAIR condition with mild wear to its folds, tack holes in its corner areas, the title written in ink in its bottom right corner, and creasing in its surface, including a heavily creased area in its upper left area.
