This is a vintage, approximately 12" X 12" (12" X 24" when open) promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that have traditionally been sent to record stores to serve as posters to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is a double-sided flat and is advertising the 1995 Poe debut LP titled Hello. The flat is a gatefold-style flat that opens up at its bottom perforated edge to reveal another panel which doubles its vertical length. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with mild corner wear.
