This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1982 Alan J. Pakula film titled Sophie's Choice. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1982 U.S. release and is numbered N.S.S. 820169. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with some wear to its original folds and a slight bit of separation in one intersection of the folds that we have mended on the poster's backside using acid-free archival tape. The poster also has a few light bends in its surface. The poster features the film's stars Meryl Streep and Kevin Kline.
