This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1984 Ron Howard film titled Splash. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1984 U.S. release and is numbered 840016. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in GOOD condition with extra sets of light vertical folds between the original vertical studio fold and the poster's side edges. The extra folds are not nearly as heavy as the studio folds. The poster has other minor bends and creases in its surface, plus a tiny pinpoint of separation in its centerfolds that we have mended on the poster's backside using acid-free archival tape to prevent any further separation. The poster features the film's stars, Tom Hanks and Daryl Hannah.
