This is a vintage, approximately 12" X 12" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 1996 Steve Vai LP entitled Fire Garden. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with other minor edge wear. This flat is the main panel in what was a two panel, gatefold flat, from which the other half was separated from the bottom perforated edge.
