This is a vintage, paperback book titled All About the Beatles written by Edward De Biasio. The book's front and back cover have heavy creasing, edge and corner wear, and a bit of paper loss, while the inside pags have fewer and lighter creases, a bit of staining on a couple of pages, and foxing (yellowing) from age.
