The Cheap Detective movie poster [Peter Falk] 1978 original 27x41

This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1978 comedy entitled The Cheap Detective. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1978 U.S. release and is numbered 780052. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in GOOD to VERY GOOD condition with some minor tearing to its centerfolds, and any mild separation of these folds has been mended on the poster's backside with acid-free archival tape. Prior to our mending the tears with our acid-free archival tape, we had to remove tape that a previous owner had used to mend the tears, and some of the tape left a discoloration on the poster near the poster's bottom edge. The poster has other minor wear such as light bends/creases. The poster features Peter Falk, Eileen Brennan, Stockard Channing, Dom DeLuise, John Houseman, Fernando Lamas, Phil Silvers, Paul Williams, Ann-Margret, Sid Caesar, James Coco, Louise Fletcher, Madeline Kahn, Marsha Mason, Abe Vigoda, and Nicol Williamson. The poster will be shipped folded and flat to better protect it.
