The Front Page movie poster [Jack Lemmon, Walter Matthau] 27x41 original 1974

This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1974 Billy Wilder film titled The Front Page. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's early 1975 U.S. release and is numbered 75/12. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in GOOD condition with several small creases and light bends in its surface, plus an extra fold line running across its surface a few inches above the poster's top studio fold. The poster has tiny pinpoints of separation in its centerfold that we have mended on the poster's backside using acid-free archival tape to prevent further separation. The poster also had small bits of tape on its backside that we have removed, and the acid from that tape thankfully did not leach through to the front of the poster. The poster features the film's stars, Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau.
