The Great Dictator movie poster [Charlie Chaplin] 1972 re-issue 27x41

This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1972 theatrical re-issue of director Charles Chaplin's classic 1940 film entitled The Great Dictator. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1972 U.S. re-release and is numbered 72/271. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with a bend in its surface running along one side edge and a bit of separation in its centerfold areas that has been mended on the poster's backside with acid-free archival tape. The poster features Charlie Chaplin as Adenoid Hynkel.
