The Karate Kid Part II movie poster [Ralph Macchio, Pat Morita] 27x41 original 1986

This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1986 John G. Avildsen film titled The Karate Kid Part II. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1986 U.S. release and is numbered NSS 860064. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in GOOD condition with several small creases and light bends in its surface. The poster has a tiny pinpoint of separation at one centerfold that we have mended on the poster's backside using acid-free archival tape to prevent further separation. The poster also has tack holes in its corner areas. A previous owner put masking tape on the backside of the poster in each of the corners. We have removed that masking tape to prevent the tape's acid leaking through and staining the front of the poster and then placed acid-free archival tape over those areas. The poster features the film's stars; Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita.
