This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the classic 1969 film titled The Madwoman of Chaillot. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1969 U.S. release and is numbered 69/257. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with minor bends in its surface, as well as slight wear and tiny pinpoints of separation in the poster's centerfolds that have been mended on the poster's backside using acid-free archival tape to prevent further separation. The poster features an illustration of the film's stars; Katharine Hepburn, Charles Boyer, Yul Brynner, Claude Dauphin, Edith Evans, John Gavin, Paul Henreid, Oscar Homolka, Margaret Leighton, Giulietta Masina, Nanette Newman, Richard Chamberlain, Donald Pleasance, and Danny Kaye.
