The Marx Brothers: Why A Duck? hardback book (1971)
This is a used, First Edition, hardback book entitled Why A Duck? edited by Richard J. Anobile, with an introduction by Groucho Marx, and with a cover illustration by Al Hirschfeld. This is "A book of verbal and visual gem's from the Marx Brother Films" with "More than 600 frame blow-ups and dialogue taken directly from the original films..." The book was published by Darien House in 1971 and remains in GOOD condition. The book has creasing to its dust cover, tears to its dust cover that have been mended on the reverse side with acid-free, archival tape to preserve it, and a few tears near the edges where small chunks of the dust jacket are missing. The book is 288 pages in length and measures 8 1/2" X 11 1/2".
