This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1979 crime drama The Onion Field. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1979 U.S. release. The poster is numbered 790151.. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with minor wear to its original studio folds, including tiny points of separation in two fold intersections that have been mended on the poster's backside with acid-free archival tape. The poster also has some minor creasing and bending, and pin holes in its corners. The colors are still fairly sharp and bright.
