This is a vintage, approximately 12 3/8" X 12 3/8" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that have traditionally been sent to record stores to serve as posters that promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the 1995 live LP by The Pretenders titled The Isle of View. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with corner and edge wear, as well as minor bending/creasing in its surface.
