This is a vintage, approximately 12 1/2" X 12 1/2" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that serve as posters and have traditionally been sent to record stores to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist or a movie soundtrack. This vintage flat is single-sided and is advertising the release of the 1985 Vision Quest soundtrack LP and features The Style Council who contributed the song "Shout to the Top!" to the soundtrack. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with light wear to its corners and the remnants of adhesives on its blank backside from having been previously hung for display.
