This is an original, 27" X 41" folded one-sheet movie poster for the classic 1946 family film The Yearling. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1971 U.S. re-release. The poster is number R71/251, meaning it was the 251st film to be released to movie theaters in the United States in 1971. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in GOOD condition with tears in its folds and other minor wear to its folds. The poster also has some light wrinkling of its surface, with light bends and creases. The colors are still sharp and bright, and the picture for our site makes the poster appear darker than it actually is due to shadows that appeared when taking the photo. The poster will be shipped folded and flat to better protect it.
