Brighty of the Grand Canyon movie poster [Joseph Cotten] 27x41
This is an original, 27'' X 41'' folded one-sheet movie poster for the classic 1966 Norman Foster film entitled Brighty of the Grand Canyon. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1967 U.S. release and is numbered 67/215. The poster was originally folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s, though the poster does show very faint vertical folds between its centerfold and side edges, indicating it may have been folded an extra time at some point in its past. These extra fold lines are so light that they cannot be seen in our photo. The poster remains in GOOD condition with wear to its folds that has led to a few areas of separation and chipping. We have mended these areas on the poster's backside with acid-free archival tape to prevent further separation. One side edge has a tiny piece missing at a fold line. The poster also has several small bends/creases in its surface. The poster features the film's stars; Joseph Cotten, Dandy Curran, and Jiggs the Donkey.
