This is a vintage, approximately 12 3/8" X 12 3/8" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that have traditionally been sent to record stores to serve as posters to promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided and is advertising the release of the soundtrack LP for the 1986 film Down and Out in Beverly Hills. The flat remains in GOOD condition. The flat has staple holes in its edges, several small spots left in the corners on its backside by an adhesive, and corner wear. The flat features the film's stars; Richard Dreyfuss, Nick Nolte, and Bette Midler.
