Highway 101 & Southern Pacific poster: Vintage LP/Album flat
This is a vintage, approximately 12 1/2" X 12 1/2" promotional item known as an LP or Album Flat. Flats are thin pieces of cardstock that have traditionally been sent to record stores to serve as posters that promote an upcoming LP/CD by an artist. This flat is double-sided. One side is advertising the release of the 1988 Highway 101 LP entitled 101², while the other side is advertising the 1988 Southern Pacific album entitled Zuma. The flat remains in VERY GOOD condition with a small crease in its surface, and other very minor wear including a perforated edge on one side where another album flat was once attached.
