1) If you receive a damaged item from us, please contact us immediately before doing anything else. You can email us at customer_service@moviepostersetc.com. We will be glad to assist you in receiving a full refund for the cost of your purchase, including the original shipping charge.

PLEASE NOTE: If the item was shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, please keep the damaged item(s) and the original packaging material in which your packages arrived until an insurance claim can be filed with the USPS, UPS or FedEx.

2) If you receive an item and decide you wish to return it to us, please make sure to return it to us within two weeks of its arrival. We will then issue you a refund for the cost of the product you have returned, provided we receive it in the condition in which it was shipped. If the original package has been opened, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If it has not been opened, and was shipped via USPS to you, you can mark "Return to Sender" on the package and drop it off at your local USPS facility. Make sure to provide a copy of the emailed invoice with your return.

3) If an order is returned to us by the shipping company due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, or due to failure of pick up at the shipper’s holding facility, we will refund the customer the cost of the purchased item(s) in the order upon the return of the product. We are unable to refund the cost paid for shipping in these instances.

PLEASE NOTE: If an order is returned to us by the shipping company due to insufficient address provided by the customer, "resident unknown" status, or any other addressee issue that was not our doing, a refund for the cost of the products that were returned will be issued, minus a $2.50 restock fee. The shipping cost will not be refunded in these instances either.
