This is an original, 27'' X 41'' folded one-sheet movie poster for the 1979 Howard Zieff boxing comedy film titled The Main Event. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1979 U.S. release and is numbered 790079. The poster is folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with several light bend/creases in its surface near its studio folds and edges. The poster features the film's stars; Barbra Streisand and Ryan O'Neal.
