This is an original, 27'' X 41'' folded one-sheet movie poster for the classic 1959 John Farrow film entitled John Paul Jones. This poster was issued to American movie theatres upon the film's 1959 U.S. release and is numbered 59/217. The poster was originally folded into eighths, which was standard procedure for theatrical one-sheets prior to the mid to late 1980s. The poster remains in VERY GOOD condition with fold lines about an inch below the top edge and above the top edge, most likely from having been placed in a marquee that was too short. The poster also has a bit of separation in its centerfolds that we have mended on the poster's backside with acid-free archival tape to prevent further damage, and mild edge wear. The poster features Robert Stack and Marisa Pavan.
